Online Store Returns
To return an online order, please contact us to receive postage instructions.
You may return an online purchase within a reasonable timeframe of receiving it if:
- The Product is misbound or faulty in any way
- The Product you received was different to the one ordered
- The Product arrived damaged
If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
If your return does not meet any of the above conditions but you would still like to return the product, please contact us directly and we can advise further.
Change of Mind Returns
Square Coin Publications will gladly accept a customer return on product/s within six (2) weeks of purchase or receiving your order due to a change of mind. The product/s must be in original condition to be eligible for a return.
Please contact the online customer service team to receive instructions prior to returning the product/s. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the online store for a full refund.
Returning Sale items
Items purchased on sale are only eligible for return if they have been clearly marked as returnable at the time of purchase.
If a sale item was labeled as non-returnable, we will offer a store credit equal to the purchase amount, provided that the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same state as it was when received.

Any return shipping or courier fees are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund or store credit will only reflect the price paid at purchase, not the original (pre-discounted) price of the item.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or appear damaged or used beyond reasonable evaluation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
